Alpine Coffee

Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee powder

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp water

350 ml boiling water

1 tsp vanilla

120 ml whipping cream, whipped

Method

Divide instant coffee and vanilla evenly between two small coffee glasses.

Dissolve sugar in a small saucepan with the teaspoon of water. Over medium heat, stir dissolved sugar until it reaches a full boil.

In a separate bowl bring to the boil 450 ml of water. Once the dissolved sugar has reached a full boil immediately stir into the boiling water.

Divide sugar mixture between coffee glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream.

English Coffee

Ingredients

10 ml Kahlua

10 ml Triple Sec

15 ml gin

140 ml hot coffee

50 ml whipping cream

sugar, to taste

Method

Pour coffee, gin, triple sec and kahlua into an Irish coffee mug or glass and sweeten to taste.
Gently pour the cream on top and add a teaspoon of triple sec.

Ingredients

2 l vanilla ice cream, softened

2 l strong coffee, freshly brewed, cooled

500 ml milk

500 ml whipping cream, whipped

100 g sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method

Combine coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Stir and chill.
Place the vanilla ice cream in a large bowl and pour the coffee mixture over top of the ice cream.
Top with whipped cream and then serve.

50 ml baileys

100 ml coffee

whipped cream

chocolate flakes

Method

Pour Baileys into a cup with freshly brewed hot coffee and top with freshly whipped cream and chocolate flakes.

Bukhara Coffee Recipe

Bukhara Coffee

1 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
3/4 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1/2 oz creme de cacao
1 cup hot coffee
1 oz whipped cream

Stir the vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream and creme de cacao in a large preheated mug. Pour into boiling hot coffee, top with whipped cream, and serve.

Alternatively, for a cold drink, chill all the ingredients until ice cold. Mix in a chilled, stemmed glass and top with whipped cream. Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream if desired.

Ingredients for Coffee Frappe Recipe
- 18 to 22 ice cubes, crushed
- 7 ounces double-strength coffee, chilled
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons flavored syrup of choice
- Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine ice, coffee, and sugar in a blender, blending until well-blended and smooth.
2. Add syrup and blend.
3. Pour into large glass.
4. Add whipped cream for garnish.

Eggnog Coffee Recipe

20 ml egg liqueur

100 ml hot black coffee

Whipped cream, if desired

Method

Fill the liqueur in a champagne glass. Very slowly fill in the coffee. You can serve this coffee with whipped cream on top.

Coffee with Honey and Whipped Cream Recipe

Coffee with Honey and Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground coffee
  • 6 and 1/2 cups cold water
  • Several egg shells
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Honey to taste
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Tie ground coffee very loosely in small cheesecloth bag. Put into coffee pot with 6 cups cold water and several egg shells. Let stand 1 hour
  2. Boil for 5 minutes
  3. Add 1/2 cup cold water and let stand 3 minutes
  4. Serve coffee with honey and whipped cream
