Calypso Coffee
Ingredients
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar |
| 1 | oz | coffee liqueur |
| 5 | oz | coffee |
| 1½ | oz | whipping cream |
Instructions
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
