Ingredients

10 ml Kahlua

10 ml Triple Sec

15 ml gin

140 ml hot coffee

50 ml whipping cream

sugar, to taste

Method

Pour coffee, gin, triple sec and kahlua into an Irish coffee mug or glass and sweeten to taste.
Gently pour the cream on top and add a teaspoon of triple sec.
