Ingredients

1	teaspoon	sugar
1	oz	coffee liqueur
5	oz	coffee
1½	oz	whipping cream

Instructions

Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
