Fill bottle with chilled, fresh, whipping cream. Never exceed fill level. Maximum quantity is 0.25 liter / half-pint.
Picture 3
Screw the head firmly on the bottle until you cannot see the screw thread of the bottle anymore. Do not exceed cross thread.
Picture 4
Insert the silver colored creamer charger containing Nitrous Oxide (N2) into the charger holder.
Picture 5
Remove the cap off the metal thread on the head. Holding the bottle upright and using the charger holder only, screw the charger holder containing the charger on to the metal thread until you hear the sound of the gas escaping into the bottle.
Picture 6
Shake the diapenser three times vigorously. When using UHT-cream, heavy-cream or light cream, cool it very well and shake about ten-times. Remove the charger holder with the charger (a slight hissing sound is perfectly normal). Replace the cap on the metal head.

To release the whipped cream, turn the dispenser upside down as shown in the drawing and press the nozzle gently sidewards. To increase the thickness of the whipped cream, shake the bottle again. However, do not too long or too vigorously as overshaking can thicken the cream so much that it cannot be discharged. Always release the whipped cream with the dispenser upside down. If the nozzle is operated in the upright position, only gas will escape. Excessive loss of gas may make it impossible to discharge the cream completely from the dispenser. Before attempting to remove the head of the cream whipper, always operate the nozzle until all the whipped cream and gas have been discharged.
Note: Each whip cream dispenser is carefully checked at the factory before shipment. Our cream whippers are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, provided the cream whipper is used and operated as determined. Please read the operating and safety instructions before use.
